Refund Policy

This policy applies to the US$19 one-time CiteKit pack for one submitted site. A sandbox test checkout is not a real purchase and has no money to refund.

Full refund within 14 days

You can request a full refund for any reason within 14 calendar days of purchase. No explanation or proof of a defect is required. This applies to all CiteKit buyers, including if the files have already been generated, downloaded, installed or used.

Send your request within the 14-day window; the refund does not need to finish processing within that window for your request to qualify.

How to request a refund

Email idealstoronto@gmail.com to request your refund. To help us find the purchase, include these details if available:

  1. Your order or checkout reference and purchase date.
  2. The public site URL used for the pack.

If you cannot find your order reference, contact us anyway and we will help locate the purchase. You do not need to submit screenshots, file excerpts or evidence of a problem.

Do not send card numbers, passwords, identity documents or your private download key. Do not publish your order details in a public forum. If delivery or download fails, contact support with the error instead of paying again.

We will refund the full purchase amount for requests made within 14 calendar days of purchase. After locating the transaction, we arrange the refund through the original checkout provider, using the original payment method where possible. The current checkout integration is Paddle, and an approved refund is returned to the payment method used at checkout. The time for funds to appear depends on the provider and your payment method; any mandatory processing deadlines still apply. Follow the support instructions in your receipt if you prefer to contact the payment provider directly.

Product expectations and your rights

CiteKit supplies generated files that you review, install and host. It does not promise rankings, AI citations, traffic or recommendations. These product limitations do not restrict your 14-day refund right. You can review the complete free preview and your host's installation requirements before buying.

This 14-day policy is additional to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law. It does not exclude statutory remedies for non-delivery, defective or misdescribed products, any applicable cancellation rights, the checkout provider's applicable buyer protections, or your right to dispute a charge. Those rights may also apply after the 14-day window.
