1. CiteKit and these terms

CiteKit is operated by 9213651 CANADA INC., Canada, at citekit.adjudi.com. In these terms, “CiteKit”, “we” and “us” refer to 9213651 CANADA INC. Product, refund and privacy contact: idealstoronto@gmail.com.

These terms describe use of the free checker and the four-file digital pack. Review the Privacy Notice before submitting a URL and the Refund Policy before checkout. Save a copy of the terms for your records.

2. What the product includes

The pack contains exactly four UTF-8 text files in a ZIP archive:

  • llms.txt: a short map of your website, with a heading, summary and links.
  • schema.jsonld: Organization and FAQPage structured data.
  • faq.md: one to eight questions and answers drawn from available website content. The number and quality depend on that content.
  • README.md: installation and verification instructions. CiteKit uses instructions for a detected platform when available, and general instructions otherwise.

The output is generated automatically using your site's public content and CiteKit's templates. Review and edit it for accuracy, rights and suitability before publishing. The free preview lets you read all four generated files. A download generates the files again; changes to your website, available pages or CiteKit's generator can change the output after preview.

You install and host the files yourself. You need permission to change your site and a way to serve a plain-text file at /llms.txt. Some website builders require custom code, a proxy, an additional hosting service or a paid plan. Those services and their costs are not included. Review the installation guide before buying. Stack detection is an aid, not a compatibility guarantee.

The purchase does not include a subscription, automatic installation, ongoing hosting, monitoring, bespoke editing, professional advice or future updates.

3. Price, checkout and delivery

The advertised price is US$19, one time, for one submitted site. Any applicable tax and the total charged are shown by the checkout provider before payment. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or fees. There is no recurring charge for the pack.

The current integration is Paddle, running in live mode: completing checkout is a real purchase and your payment method is charged US$19 plus any applicable tax. When you start checkout, the page loads Paddle's checkout script and your browser communicates with Paddle directly. CiteKit asks Paddle to create the transaction at the fixed one-time price with a quantity of one, and attaches signed metadata naming your submitted site and order reference so the right pack is delivered. Paddle handles the payment as merchant of record under its Buyer Terms. The provider's terms apply to its checkout and payment services in addition to these product terms.

After payment is confirmed, the return page lets you generate and download the ZIP in your browser. CiteKit does not email the generated ZIP and does not require a CiteKit account. Generation requires your public website to remain reachable. Confirmation or generation can fail or take longer than expected; a successful preview does not guarantee later availability.

Download promptly and keep your own copy and order receipt. An active download key lasts about one hour. Returning with the transaction reference asks CiteKit to re-read that transaction and its refund and chargeback history from Paddle, which can issue a fresh download key while the transaction remains available. CiteKit does not provide permanent file storage or promise indefinite re-downloads. For delivery problems, use Support; do not pay again to resolve the same order.

4. Refunds and consumer rights

You can request a full refund for any reason within 14 calendar days of purchase, including after the files have been generated, downloaded, installed or used. No explanation or proof of a defect is required. The Refund Policy explains how to request it.

Nothing in these terms or the Refund Policy excludes mandatory consumer rights, statutory cancellation or refund rights, or your right to raise a payment dispute. Those rights take precedence where applicable.

5. Permission to process your site

Submit only a public HTTPS site you own or are authorized to process and publish files for. Do not submit passwords, confidential information, personal records or private-access links, including secret query parameters.

The checker reads the submitted page and probes for /llms.txt. Generation can read up to eight HTML pages on the resulting origin, plus that origin's sitemap, /llms.txt and possible Markdown versions of pages. An initial redirect can establish a different public HTTPS origin; subsequent crawling stays on that origin. A preview, recheck or download may fetch the site again. There is no scheduled background crawl.

We limit each fetched response to 2 MB and use a ten-second network budget per check or crawl phase. The full preview or download can take longer. The service does not sign in to your site or execute its JavaScript. Some sites cannot be processed.

Do not use CiteKit to probe private networks, attack or overload websites, bypass access controls, or copy material without permission. Requests to local and private addresses are blocked. We may reject requests or restrict misuse.

6. Ownership and permitted use

You keep your rights in the content you provide. You give CiteKit permission to fetch and process it as needed to perform your requested check, preview and generation. You are responsible for having permission to use any third-party content included in your site or the generated files.

CiteKit retains its rights in its software and templates. With a purchased pack, you receive a non-exclusive license to use, copy, edit and publish the generated files for the submitted site, including commercial use. You may share them with someone installing them for you. This does not transfer ownership of CiteKit's software or grant rights in third-party content. Do not resell unmodified CiteKit packs as a separate product.

7. Limits of the product

llms.txt is a community convention. CiteKit does not promise that any AI assistant, crawler or search engine will read, cite, rank or recommend your site. Structured data is not a promise of a search feature or rich result. A successful check only reports the file and markup signals it can detect; it is not a complete SEO, accessibility, security or legal audit.

To the extent permitted by law, the service and generated files are provided as available, without additional warranties, and CiteKit's liability for a purchased pack is limited to the amount paid for that pack. These limits do not exclude liability or rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.

8. Changes and contact
