Product and installation help

Read the four-file sample and installation guide. You need access to your website's publishing or hosting settings. CiteKit supplies the files and README; installation, hosting and third-party platform fees are not included.

Order or download problems

Email the contact above. Include your order or checkout reference, purchase date, submitted public site URL and the error you see. Keep your checkout return link private. Do not pay again to recover the same order.

After payment confirmation, download the ZIP from the return page and save a local copy. If an hour-old download key stops working, reload your checkout return page to request fresh confirmation. Files are regenerated on download, so your site must still be reachable.

Refunds

You can request a full refund for any reason within 14 calendar days of purchase, even after downloading or using the files. No explanation or proof of a defect is required. Email the contact above; include your order reference if available, or ask us to help locate the purchase. Read the Refund Policy for the process and your statutory rights. Never send full payment-card details, passwords, identity documents or private download keys.

Use the same email for personal-information requests. The Privacy Notice explains data use, browser storage, providers and retention.
